Little Pink

For those who witnessed my larger than life belly this wedding season, our little Pink finally arrived on October 25th, weighing in at 6 lbs 4 oz at 630pm after only 2.5 hours of labour. We named him Andrew Thomas after two of his great grandfathers. So far he has brought us nothing but joy (and a few sleepless nights) and we can't believe how much he changes every day.

Needless to say this past month has been very busy, trying to tie up loose ends and move to our new home. We would like to thank everyone for their patience and encouragement this season as we completed our first year as a business. We've grown a lot (and not just physically ;) as photographers and have only our clients to thank.

Presently we are not booking any more dates for 2008, but we do still have a few dates left for 2009.

Lindsey and John sneek preview....

Here is a picture I love that we took on Saturday at Lindsey and John's wedding. I know I've been bad at providing the sneak peeks, and in fact I have about 6 weddings' worth of sneak peeks to post now!!!! But this one is a quick one to show you what gorgeous weather we had this past thanksgiving weekend......doesn't hurt to have a gorgeous bride like Lindsey as well........

Emma

When we were in Corner Brook we had the opportunity to photograph a gorgeous little girl, Emma. She was very shy but eventually warmed up and evidently the camera loves her.

Day at the Beach!

Here are some pictures from a day at Crystal Crescent beach with a wonderful family. The boys enjoyed getting down and dirty and "ruined" their nice clothes for the formals. Des and I laughed and said, now, clean clothes on small rambunctious boys would not really portray their true personalities....... The sand and salt-water-covered clothes are much more natural and relaxed.

This is the weekend we were going to get caught up, and DID, but now we can't upload any photos to our site because we need to be on our website to do that. Uploading takes some time, so this backlog could have us to the middle of the week. In the meantime, we will post some previews. Thank you for your continued patience :)

Rose & Des

Chrystalin and Adis, July 19th, 2008

Chrystalin and Adis were married yesterday in a beautiful ceremony at New Covenant Ministries. Des could hardly keep it together when Adis sang to Chrystalin as she walked down the aisle. Neither could Chrystalin! Here's to another hot, muggy day and good spirits! The picture of Adis doing his boy band (can't remember which one) impression cracked me up so I had to include it.
